KETS 2/Little Rock
AETN in partnership with The Annenberg Foundation provides a professional development training program designed to enhance Arkansas educator's professional and personal skill sets. Free of charge to Arkansas educators, the Professional Development Series offers approximately 30 hours per week of professional development programs on the Scholar digital channel and more than 850 hours of Web-based training courses within AETN's professional development library.
Professional development courses are aligned with the Arkansas Department of Education Rules Governing Professional Development and offer creative and applicable content and participation by nationally recognized experts. Upon completion of each course, participants will be administered an online assessment and awarded a Certificate of Achievement.All courses located within the Arkansas "IDEAS" educational portal have been approved by ADE for professional development. The rewarding of professional development credit; however, is solely at the discretion of the local school district.
