Arkansas Educational Television Network
KETS 2/Little Rock
The Arkansas Department of Education strives to ensure that all children in the state have access to a quality education by providing educators, administrators and staff with leadership, resources and training. The Arkansas Department of Education has partnered with the Arkansas Educational Television Network to meet the professional development needs of K-12 licensed educators by offering research-based, technology-delivered professional development courses to improve academic and teaching knowledge and skills of certified personnel. Their website is your first step in a great process that will give you information on all areas of education in the State of Arkansas. Go to ADE Website.
The ADE Professional Development Submission and Management system is the online application and approval system to request and secure ADE approval of professional development offerings to be provided to Arkansas Licensed Teachers and Administrators. The Arkansas Department of Education Rules Governing Professional Development requires that professional development programs be approved by the ADE Professional Development Division before the offerings can be used to satisfy the annual sixty-hour professional development credit requirement toward teacher and administrator licensure renewal.
